El Cinnamon essential oil it is 100% pure and natural and is obtained by steam distillation of the twigs and leaves of the tree Cinnamomum zeylanicum, also called Ceylon cinnamon or true cinnamon.

There are two types of cinnamon essential oils depending on where it is extracted:

one of the leaves and branches, which is softer, yellow to light brown in color, and has a spicy, musky scent and is most often used - and is what you can find on our website;
another from the bark, dark brown in color, which is not commonly used in aromatherapy.
