Regarding packaging, we want to let you know that we recycle absolutely everything possible: we reuse boxes from suppliers, factories, and even some local stores (as long as they don't have any branding on them). The protection we use on certain orders comes from recycled materials sourced from our suppliers.
The only plastic we deliberately purchase is the kind intended to protect the glass bottles: firstly, to prevent them from hitting each other during transport, and secondly, to ensure that the liquids always arrive in perfect condition, especially if the package is not kept upright, since we know from experience that carriers do not always follow handling instructions.
This way, we reduce risks and, above all, avoid unnecessary returns and reshipments, which would have a greater environmental impact (double transport, more materials, and more emissions). This way, we can continue to guarantee quality while maintaining affordable and sustainable prices in the Canary Islands, with the certainty that you are paying for the product, not the brand.
