I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery, the presentation, the quality of the product, and the very personal customer service. In addition to the excellent value for money, they are now my trusted supplier. Thank you very much.
I'd been looking for natural rosemary soap for a while and couldn't find it, so I decided to make it myself. I searched online and found this shop. My order arrived quickly and the products were of good quality. I just made my first rosemary soaps in some pretty flower molds... I think I added too much oil... the next one will be better. Thank you for existing!
As the headline says, the orders are always spectacular; the quality and the friendly service are delightful. Kisses
This is my first time buying from here; I wasn't familiar with the brand, and they had exactly what I'd been looking for. Everything was perfect, both by phone and online, and the shipping was great too. I'm absolutely delighted.
THANK YOU
This is a fantastic shop to order ingredients for making your own cosmetics. Lots of choices and good prices, safe packaging with some beautiful gifts and the delivery is fast and safe. I will certainly use this online shop again.
I've been buying here for a while now. Excellent products (in my case, for making soap).
And the customer service, as always, was excellent.
100% recommended
I like a company that is super professional and at the same time treats the customer with courtesy.
My order was packaged with so much love. I ordered from the north of the island and received exactly what I ordered, just as shown in the pictures, and it arrived at my house in just one day. They inspired a lot of confidence in me and have definitely gained a new customer. Thank you!
Great products!!
Customer service and order delivery are unbeatable.
A 10 out of 10 in every aspect!!!!
I've purchased some high-quality products; it's wonderful to support local Canarian businesses and be able to buy so many excellent natural products. I'll definitely be back.
Excellent and fast service, delivery was superfast. I shall definitely be ordering again from this company.
They have everything I need: excellent service, perfect packaging, and speed.
This is my first order. I'm delighted with the delivery time.
The materials, packaging, and attention to detail were excellent for me as a customer from now on. Super thoughtful and professional. Thank you, Cosméticos Tenerife.
I never order online because I'm afraid of being scammed, or because I order something and I don't know what mango smells like, for example. But I swear this is the first time I've ordered something without regretting it; in fact, I'm delighted. Especially since I'm from Tenerife, I'm proud of businesses like this. Thank you so much for delivering the order so quickly, for replying even on a Sunday, and for the free sweets! 😍💜
I really like this wax; it has a better finish and texture, and I highly recommend it. I love the scents in general, especially the new ones: strawberry and cream, caramel coffee, spiced apple, and vanilla cocoa.
Everything arrived super fast, and honestly, it was really cheap. I loved everything I ordered!
My order arrived in perfect condition, each essential oil individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Thank you!
