Its woody and herbal scent is widely used in aromatherapy to refresh and stimulate the mind.

Rosemary was already a well-known aromatic plant used in the ancient world to improve memory and concentration. Because of its dark green color, it became a symbol of fidelity and eternal life. In ancient weddings, a sprig of rosemary was given to the guests as a symbol of love and loyalty, and it was also used at funerals and other religious ceremonies.
