🔯 CT30 Wax: Heat the wax slowly until it is completely liquid and homogeneous, working within the range of 71–93°C and not exceeding 93°C. Stir gently during melting to avoid localized hot spots and ensure a uniform mixture.

Add the fragrance and colorant only when the wax is completely melted. Mix slowly and steadily to ensure good integration, avoiding vigorous stirring to prevent incorporating air.

As a starting point, a fragrance charge of 6%-8% is recommended, depending on the fragrance used, the type of container, and the wick selected. For higher charges, around 10%, we recommend conducting specific tests; approximately 10% stearic acid/stearin can be added to improve the wax's hardness, stability, and performance. Always validate with prior tests of stability, sweating, adhesion, aroma under cold/hot conditions, and burning.

Workspace temperature / Pouring temperature
• 16 - 21 °C: pour at 77 - 82 °C
• 21 - 27 °C: pour at 71 - 77 °C
• 27 - 32 °C: pour at 63 - 68 °C

The container should be slightly warm, never cold. Pour slowly, with the wick centered, and let it cool slowly without moving the candle. In larger containers, it may be necessary to adjust the wick or use a double wick to achieve a complete burn.
If a slight depression appears around the wick, it can be corrected with a gentle heat gun or with a small amount of additional surface filler.

🔯 CT46 Wax: Begin your creation by heating the CT46 wax to a controlled temperature of 45-47ºC, ideal for reaching its melting point without exceeding the safety limits of 95-100ºC. Before filling, be sure to stir the melted product well to optimize its performance.
Enrich your candle with up to 8% of your favorite fragrance, adding it directly to the wax tank a few minutes before filling, allowing the aroma to integrate perfectly.
If you wish to add color, melt the colorant separately with a portion of the wax and combine before filling for even color distribution.

The filling temperature is crucial and must be adjusted according to the ambient temperature: we recommend filling at 63-67ºC if this is higher than 18ºC. In colder environments, increase the filling temperature to 70-80ºC. Additionally, the glass into which the wax will be poured should not be too cold to avoid premature shrinkage.

Center the wick in the glass and gently pour the wax. Add a personal touch with elements like flower petals or glitter for a unique presentation. If the diameter of the glass exceeds 7 or 8 cm, perform a second filling after 2 hours, at the same filling temperature, adding between 1 to 2 mm to ensure a smooth and complete finish.

Let the candle cool slowly and completely solidify, thus revealing a beautiful and unique candle.

🔯 CT49 Wax: Immerse yourself in the creative process by heating the CT49 wax to a temperature of 48-50ºC, taking care not to exceed the maximum temperature of 95-100ºC to preserve its properties.

Find inspiration by adding up to 10% perfume directly to the wax reservoir a few minutes before filling to capture the essence of your choice. For optimal performance, make sure the wax is thoroughly stirred once melted.
If you want to add color, melt the colorant separately with part of the wax and add it before filling.

Consider the ambient temperature when pouring the wax into the glass: we recommend filling at 63-67ºC if it exceeds 18ºC. In colder environments, adjust the filling temperature between 70-80ºC. Make sure the glass is not too cold to the touch, and if its diameter is greater than 7 or 8 cm, consider making a second fill, 2 hours later, at the same temperature, about 1 to 2 mm for a perfect finish.

Let the candle cool slowly and completely solidify, thus revealing a beautiful and unique candle.

NOTE: As a 100% natural product, soy wax may contain small impurities (up to 0,01%). It is recommended to filter it before pouring, a process that also improves aeration and promotes better integration of the fragrances.
