What is grapefruit essential oil used for?

Calming and relaxing effect: Helps balance mood and anxiety. Inhaling the aroma of grapefruit essential oil (or absorbing grapefruit essential oil through the skin) is believed to transmit messages to an area of the brain involved in controlling emotions. Known as the limbic system, this area of the brain also influences the nervous system.
Astringent, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory effect. Widely used as treatment against acne and to prevent oily skin. Relieves muscle aches.

How to use grapefruit essential oil?

Add a couple of drops to your aroma diffuser and enjoy the soothing properties of natural grapefruit oil!
Add a few drops of grapefruit oil to your favorite base oil (almond oil, jojoba, Vitamin E, etc.) and massage your body. Recommended use 1 drop of pure essential oil by every 5 ml of base oil.
