On clean skin, apply a few drops of serum, facial oil, or a small amount of cream so that the tools can glide smoothly without pulling on the skin.

🔯 Facial roller:
- Use the large head, making smooth movements from the center of the face outwards.
- On cheeks and jawline, glide the roller towards the sides of the face. On the forehead, work from the center towards the temples.
- Use the small head around the eye contour, always with very light pressure.

🔯 Gua Sha:
- Keep the tool slightly tilted and practically parallel to the skin surface.
- Glide it slowly from the center of your face outwards, following the contours of your cheeks, jawline, and forehead. Repeat each movement several times without applying excessive pressure.
- Gentle and controlled movements can be made on the neck, avoiding direct pressure on the central anterior area.

Tip: For a fresher feel, keep the tools in the refrigerator for a few minutes before using them. There's no need to freeze them.

After each use, clean the surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry them completely before storing.

Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, or severely irritated areas.
