Coconut Wax with 100% Natural Rapeseed - GMP

• Melt the wax slowly in a double boiler or a suitable wax melter until completely liquid. It can be heated to 65°C if necessary to incorporate other ingredients. Do not keep the wax above 90°C for extended periods, as slight discoloration may occur.
• Add the fragrance, essential oil, or colorant when the wax is completely liquid. Mix gently and constantly to ensure even distribution.
• Pour the wax between 40°C and 50°C into suitable candle containers. This wax usually works best when poured at lower temperatures.
• Allow to cool to room temperature, avoiding drafts, sudden temperature changes, or cold surfaces.
• Allow the candle to cure for at least 24 hours before assessing the final result. For burn and scent tests, it is recommended to wait longer depending on the fragrance used.
If any surface defects appear, they can be gently corrected with a heat gun or by adding a thin layer of molten wax.

When melting, handle with care. Avoid overheating, splashing, and contact with hot wax, as it can cause burns. Use appropriate tools and work in a well-ventilated area while heating.
Always perform preliminary tests for combustion, adhesion, aroma, and stability before producing large quantities.
