To create an aromatherapy diffuser blend that promotes positivity, happiness, and optimism, combine in a aroma diffuser 2 drops of ylang ylang essential oil, 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil and 1 drop of bergamot essential oil.
✡️ Helps in periods of mood swings and with the cramps associated with Premenstrual syndrome: For a restorative massage blend that balances hormones and naturally alleviates these unpleasant menstrual-related symptoms, dilute 5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil, 3 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 drop of clary sage essential oil in 2 tablespoons of carrier oil. This massage blend can be applied to the lower abdomen and lower back to relieve stiffness, pressure, pain, and cramps.
✡️ Aphrodisiac: It is known that its aphrodisiac quality increases libido to improve the affective-sexual state of the couple by acting on the mental and emotional factors that sometimes hinder the romantic mood.
