✡️ Relieve stress, anxiety, sadness, tension and insomnia: Ylang Ylang essential oil is reputed to have antidepressant properties that not only combat negative feelings, including nervousness, agitation, and fatigue, but also promotes positive feelings of joy and optimism, which lifts your mood.
To create an aromatherapy diffuser blend that promotes positivity, happiness, and optimism, combine in a aroma diffuser 2 drops of ylang ylang essential oil, 2 drops of grapefruit essential oil and 1 drop of bergamot essential oil.
✡️ Helps in periods of mood swings and with the cramps associated with Premenstrual syndrome: For a restorative massage blend that balances hormones and naturally alleviates these unpleasant menstrual-related symptoms, dilute 5 drops of ylang ylang essential oil, 3 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 drop of clary sage essential oil in 2 tablespoons of carrier oil. This massage blend can be applied to the lower abdomen and lower back to relieve stiffness, pressure, pain, and cramps.
✡️ Aphrodisiac: It is known that its aphrodisiac quality increases libido to improve the affective-sexual state of the couple by acting on the mental and emotional factors that sometimes hinder the romantic mood.
