Garlic oil contraindications 

Garlic essential oil, like all essential oils, has powerful compounds that can cause side effects. if not used properly.
 (I.e. Allergic reactions: Even when used externally, some people may experience allergic reactions to garlic essential oil. It is recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of ​​skin before wider application. If redness, itching or swelling is observed, it is better to refrain from using it.
 (I.e. Skin irritation: Garlic essential oil is concentrated and may cause skin irritation if applied directly undiluted. It is always advisable to mix it with a carrier oil before topical use.
 (I.e. Avoid sensitive areas: It is vital to avoid applying garlic essential oil near sensitive areas such as the eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. If there is contact, rinse immediately with cold water.
 (I.e. Use in children: Children's skin may be more sensitive. Proceed with caution and, preferably, under the supervision or recommendation of an expert.
 (I.e. Use during pregnancy: Even though it is a topical application, it is recommended to consult a doctor or specialist before using garlic essential oil during pregnancy.
